I know what it means to hold a vision before anyone else can see it.
I have built experiences across retreats, ceremonies, workshops, community gatherings, and large-scale events. I have watched the details create trust—and watched beautiful visions struggle when the structure underneath them could not carry the weight.
My degree in Human Development gave me language for transformation. Years of facilitation gave me reverence for the people inside it. Production taught me to plan for reality. Leadership taught me that integrity lives in how we respond when the plan changes.
